Being based in psychology and neuroscience, the action steps, strategies, and techniques in this course are all designed to be effective and practical. However, success of any guidance depends to a great degree on the effort made to put it in practice. Let me put it this way. Knowing every technicality of how to swim doesn’t make us a swimmer. Using those instructions to act and practice is what makes a good swimmer.

While this course is not designed to address deep-seated issues, it can offer a starting point. However, it is highly advisable to seek professional help from a therapist if your self-doubt stems from trauma.

Though the course is entirely self-paced, it is designed to be ideally covered over 5 days. The easy-to-follow video lessons are only a few minutes long and it totally depends on you how much time you want to spend doing the exercise (worksheet) accompanying each lesson. Hint: They can easily be done over a weekend with some alone-time.
