Yeah, I know…the taste takes a bit getting used to. You might try starting out with a very small quantity of ACV and more honey…then, gradually increase ACV as you get used to the taste

In reply to Nancie. Rather than being a cure-all, I find it useful for symptom control in many pesky common health issues. I have found it especially helpful with common cold and digestive health.

I love apple cider vinegar. We always keep a big jar with the mother in it, in the house. It has so many uses.
